中文摘要:我国农村金融协调发展是农村政策性金融机构、合作性金融机构及商业性金融机构相互依存、面向“三农”、注重支农效果的良性循环过程。系统论、金融共生论及劳动分工理论构成农村金融协调发展理论依据的“一体两翼”。美国农村金融体系分工高效的经验及印度“绿色革命”中的金融扶持举措能为我国农村金融的进一步协调发展提供借鉴。

Harmonious Development of Rural Finance: Theories and Practices

Abstract:To achieve the harmonious development of rural finance, a financial ecosystem is needed to built with the cooperation of rural governmental financial institution, cooperative financial institutions and commercial institutions. The theoretical fundament of rural finance includes system theory, financial symbiosis. We also can lean a lot from the successful experiences of financial division in U.S.A and the financial supporting measures in Indian “Green Revolution”.
