中文摘要:受益人是保险理论与实践中一个十分重要的法律术语，我国《保险法》对受益人作了初步规定。但是，相对于借款人意外伤害保险业务的迅猛发展，与受益人相关的理论准备、还是立法司法都显得不足，致使保险理论与保险实践产生一些不协调的问题。本文从借款人意外伤害保险的实践工作出发，尝试对其中存在的问题作些探讨，对现行保险法律制度的完善提出若干意见和建议。

Legal Improvement on Beneficiary Designation: Taking Borrower Accident Injury Insurance

Abstract:Beneficiary is a very important legal terms of the insurance theory and practice. There is a preliminary requirement on the beneficiary in China's "Insurance Law". However, relating to the rapid development of borrower accident injury insurance, both theoretical preparation and legislative justice were scant. So there is lack of coordination in insurance theory and insurance practice. From the practical work of borrower accident injury insurance, some important problems are discussed and lots of suggestions are put forward in the paper.
