中文摘要:高排放的电力行业，其碳排放居各行业之首，在发展低碳经济的背景下，电力行业的社会责任直接关系着社会的发展。本文结合电力企业的特点，认为在低碳经济形势下，电力企业必须重视环保节能，对于低碳电力技术的研究与运用是电力企业社会责任重新定位的重点。为此，全面分析了电力企业的社会责任绩效，建立了评价指标体系和模型，并且实例分析了广东电力发展股份有限公司的企业社会责任绩效。

Evaluation System on the Corporate Social Responsibility of Electric Power Enterprise and a Case Study

Abstract:The Carbon emission from electricity industry is much more than any other industries. In the era of low carbon economy, the corporate social responsibility (CSR) of electricity industry is concerned to the development of the whole society. Nowadays, electricity enterprises should pay more attention to energy conservation, and their CSR should focus on the research and utilization of the low carbon technology. So social responsibility performance is analyzed in the paper, then new evaluation index system and model are established. At last, Guangdong Electricity Lt.Co is taken as an sample to discuss its CSR performance.
