中文摘要:由于农村地区正处于从自给自足的传统社会进入以市场经济为表征的现代社会的转型时期，结构性的变动破坏了代际交换的条件，赡养成本上升，农村代际交换的平衡被打破。在劳动力外流的背景下，农村社区的初级群体的控制力减弱，子女赡养意愿由自律转化为他律。同时，空间距离的增加使外出务工子女提供时间资源的能力下降，由于生活世界的改变，相对经济状况下降，也导致外出务工子女的赡养能力在事实上下降，进一步加速了代际交换的失衡，从而削弱了传统的家庭养老功能。

Rural Labor Force Outflow and the Imbalance of Family Intergenerational Exchange

Abstract:Rural areas are in the economic transition period, and the changes of social structure has changed the intergenerational exchange way. With the live expenditure increasing, the balance is broken. As the rural labor force outflow, the control of rural grass roots organizations has decreased, then the will to support the elder become weaker. Due to the long space distance and the reduction of relative economic status the young also are short of time and money to support the elder, which increasingly weaken the traditional family supporting system.
