中文摘要:由于高技术产业的技术排他性特征更明显，加强知识产权保护将引起中国高技术产业密集的省份技术进步速度优于其他省份。基于中国省际数据经验研究表明，知识产权保护在短期内帮助扩大了区域之间的技术差距。

Exclusive Technology, Intellectual Property Right and Regional Technology Gap

Abstract:Based on endogenous growth model with expanding variety of intermediates, and the exclusive nature of technology, analyze the strength of intellectual property affecting the regional technological gap. As technology usually non-exclusive in high-tech industries. Based on the China's provincial data shows that patent protection to help promote the technology progress of China's provinces with intensive high-tech industry than other provinces, intellectual property protection has help expand the technology gap between the regional in the short term.
