中文摘要:循环经济与传统经济在经济学本质上是一致性的，因此，运用公共政策分析循环经济政策具有可行性。构建一个有制度保障的市场，使市场反映真实的生态成本，才能促进循环经济的发展。而我国循环经济政策的缺失和不足更是需要循环经济的公共政策支持。

The Public Policies' Requirements of Circular Economy Development

Abstract:The circular economy and the traditional economy are consistency in the economic essence. Therefore, it is feasibility to use public policies to analyze policies of circular economy. To accelerate the development of circular economy, a market with safeguards regime is needed. The support of public policies is required due to the lack of circular economic policies.
