中文摘要:企业集团应构建贯穿于其筹资、投资、资金营运、收益分配的全过程的资金安全管理体系，资金安全体系主要由预警系统、防范与控制系统、反馈系统三个系统组成，它们能对企业集团的资金安全管理起到实质性的作用。

The Construction of Enterprise Fund Security System

Abstract:An enterprise need a fund security system to control the whole process of financing, investment, fund operation and profit distribution. The system is consisted of warning module, precaution module and feedback module, which has significant positive effects to the fund safety.
