中文摘要:手机报作为一种新的媒体形态,其发展运营模式正在不断的积极探索中。从手机报发展的报业、电信以及政府三方利益取向为基点,通过对现有发展模式的分析,指出基于媒介战略联盟的手机报发展模式,既是当下手机报做大市场份额过程中各利益集团正和博弈的结果,又是报媒与电信互利双赢的共同选择。

The Mobile Phone Newspaper Operation Mode based on Media Strategic Alliance

Abstract:Mobile phone newspaper is a new media whose operation mode is worthy of research. The paper makes a research on recent operation mode considering the three interest parts such as newspaper industry,telecommunications and government. And it points the strategic alliance under the mobile phone newspaper. The existence of strategic alliance not only is the results of positive-sum game among the three parts,but also is the common choice to achieve win-win of communication and telecommunication.
