中文摘要:通过选取一家四星级高级商务酒店,按照六西格玛的DMAIC模式对六西格玛在服务企业的运用进行实证研究。结果表明,像酒店这样典型的服务型企业,运用六西格玛可以取得较为理想的效果。

The Research on Optimization Management of Service Enterprises Based on the Six Sigma Method

Abstract:According to the relevant theories and literatures,this paper selects a four-star business hotel as an example to study the applicability of DMAIC model of Six Sigma in service enterprises. The result shows that in typical service industries,such as hotel industry,the application of Six Sigma can get a good performance.
