中文摘要:分散人力资源管理外包风险从而降低成本是当今物流企业提高核心竞争力的重要手段。运用系统论,从企业内外两方面,剖析了当今物流企业人力资源管理外包时中存在的一系列风险,并在此基础上提出了相应的防范措施。

The HRO Risk of the Logistics Enterprise and Its Countermeasures

Abstract:The human resource management outsourcing,the important means for the logistics enterprise to advance the core competence in the market competition,is a inevitable trend nowadays. This article expounds a series of risks from inside and outside of the logistics enterprise based on system theory. Besides,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
