中文摘要:采用2004年第1季度到2008年第2季度我国商业银行季度面板数据,分析我国商业银行资本约束对宏观经济周期的影响。研究结果表明:资本约束可以通过货币政策传导影响我国宏观经济周期,表现出一定的顺周期性;同时研究也证明了资本约束下低资本水平银行的顺周期性明显要高于高资本水平银行,严格的资本约束具有逆周期性。

The Pro-cyclical Study on the Capital Requirements of Chinese Commercial Banks under the Financial Crisis

Abstract:The authors use the panel data from the first quarter of 2004 to the second quarter of 2008 to analyze the impact of capital requirement on the propagation of monetary policy and the macro-economy. The empirical results show that the capital requirement can affect the propagation of the monetary policy in China.
