中文摘要:我国正处于经济转型的重要时期,在这个时期里,制度的建设意义重大.我们不但应该注意建立健全各种制度,还必须注重提高各种制度的适应性效率.我国在提高制度的适应性效率方面取得了长足进展,但是也存在着效率的缺失.在正式制度方面,制度与经济增长不协调;在非正式制度方面,制度存在着失效和无效.这些都是转型时期我国经济增长的制度适应性效率不足的根源.

An Analysis on the Lack of Institutional Adaptive efficiency in the Economic Growth in the Transitional Period of China

Abstract:China is in the key period of economic transition. In this period, the construction of institutions is of great significance. Not only new institutions will be established and old ones need to be improved, but also the adaptive efficiency of them need to be enhanced, There is lack of adaptive efficiency in China to some extent, whereas a great success has been made in enhancing the efficiency. In the formal institutions, there is inharmonious between institutions and economic growth; in the informal institutions, there are many nonserviceable and non-efficiency institutions.
